Hey everyone! Today, I wanted to share a little bit about my daily routine, one that has truly transformed my life and helped me stay disciplined and focused. It’s a bit of a grind, but honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Rise and Shine: 7:30 AM
My day kicks off at 7:30 AM. I used to be a night owl, but switching to an early start has been a game-changer. There’s something about waking up when the sun rises… It immediately sets a positive tone to your entire day.
Gym Time: 8:00 AM
By 8:00 AM, I’m hitting the gym. Whether it’s lifting weights, running on the treadmill, or a quick HIIT session, this hour of exercise gets my blood pumping and my mind ready for the challenges ahead. I always start my workout with my 10-15 minute walk on the treadmill and I always listen to a motivational video on YouTube or some morning affirmations. And I swear, the way they make me feel… I’m getting chills right now just thinking about it.
Breakfast, Shower & Work Prep: 9:30 AM
After the gym, it’s back home for a healthy breakfast and a refreshing shower. Breakfast is usually something simple but nutritious – like tofu omelet, everything salad, and a big cup of water. The shower happens super fast, as I’m already starting to think about what I need to get done during the day.
Afterwards, I’m prepping for my workday. This is when I review my to-do list, set my priorities, and get my workspace organized. I find that having a clear plan makes a world of difference in how productive and focused I am throughout the day.
Work Begins: 10:00 AM / 10:30 AM
At 10ish AM, I dive into my work. My job requires focus and a whole lot of creativity. But having this structured start helps me get things done efficiently. I don’t always start my work day at 10, sometimes I even start it at 11:00. To be honest, I will always prioritize my well-being. If I worked until 23 or later the previous day, I will obviously prioritize my sleep because otherwise my productivity levels drop.
Wrapping Up: 8:00 PM (or Not)
Ideally, I aim to wrap up my workday by 8:00 PM. However, the reality is that I often end up working until 10:00 PM or even later. I’m still working on perfecting this part of my routine – balancing ambition with the need to rest is an ongoing challenge. But even so, having a target end time helps me stay aware of how I’m managing my time.
Unwinding: 10:00 PM
When I do finally close my phone and my laptop, it’s time to unwind. This is my time to relax and disconnect from technology and social media. This is when I will spend quality time with my boyfriend and catch up with him about our days.
Bedtime: 11:00 PM
By 11:00 PM, I’m off to bed. Before I go to sleep I will always write down in my manifesting journal and do a small recap of my day. Also, a good night’s sleep is non-negotiable for me. It’s the pillar of everything else – without it, my whole routine would fall apart. So, I make sure to get those crucial hours of rest to recharge and get ready to do it all over again.
The Discipline Payoff
Sticking to this routine has been crucial in helping me achieve my goals. It’s taught me discipline and the value of consistency. Sure, there are days when it’s tough to stick to the plan, but overall, this structure has made me more productive, focused, and ready to handle whatever comes my way.
